Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- We work with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to you. This helps us offer a wider selection, but it also means shipping times can vary depending on the supplier.
- Most orders ship within 3-7 business days and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s available.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll do our best to help, but any extra shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
- Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some products, such as custom, special-order, or final sale items, cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Restocking Fees
Because many of our products ship directly from suppliers, some suppliers charge a restocking fee when items are returned.
- These fees usually range from 10%–25% of the purchase price.
- We’re required to pass this fee along, and it will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damaged item.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at sales@theindustrialdepot.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back.
- We’ll provide instructions and let you know if any restocking fees apply.
- Once the item is received and inspected by the supplier, your refund will be processed (minus shipping and any restocking fees).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with the supplier to make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund at no cost to you.
